Credit brokerage is a regulated activity requiring a specific license (IOBSP in France) that we do not hold — so we do not negotiate your financing ourselves. However, with 35 years of combined experience in retail banking, Thierry and Jean-Louis know exactly what a lender expects from a file. We put that experience to work by guiding you toward accredited, licensed partner brokers, who will structure your file and negotiate the best terms with their own banking partners.

Talk to our teamWe talk with you about your purchase project and financing needs, to identify the partner broker best suited to your situation.
We introduce you to one of our accredited, licensed partner brokers, chosen among those we have known for years.
The partner broker takes over: assessing your situation, structuring the file, running simulations, and presenting it to the banks.
The broker negotiates the rate, borrower insurance and application fees. On our side, we stay by your side for the real estate part, right through to signing.
