Louvre Immobilier is not an ordinary real estate agency. It is a firm founded by professionals from the banking sector who chose to put their financial expertise to work in a demanding market: the French Riviera and Monaco.
With more than 35 years of combined experience in retail banking and wealth advisory, Thierry negotiates and structures every financing deal to maximize its profitability, while Jean-Louis brings a long-term wealth-planning vision and a fine-grained knowledge of the Nice, Monaco and Riviera areas. Together, they have guided hundreds of clients through their investment decisions, with an approach that goes well beyond a simple sales pitch: taxation, borrowing capacity, long-term value growth, wealth protection.
Hugo and Rémi round out the team with a daily on-the-ground presence. Hugo, partner, brings a modern outlook on the market and drives the expansion of the property portfolio; Rémi, sales agent, handles viewings and day-to-day follow-up, ensuring responsiveness and a close relationship at every stage of your project.
